What This Covers

This license applies to all digital products sold by Winston Fung (including photo albums, wallpapers, and Lightroom presets) via my website or third-party platforms such as Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy.

What You Can Do

For Photo Albums, Photos or Wallpapers:

• Use the images as personal wallpapers on your phone, tablet, or computer.
• Use them for personal moodboards or inspiration.
• Post them to social media with clear credit to @winston.fung or a link to my site.

For Presets:

• Use them to edit your own photos or videos for personal or professional use.
• Apply them to your content for social media, client work, or creative projects.
• Modify or adjust the presets to suit your own workflow.

What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any part of the digital files.
• Share the files publicly (including uploading to file-sharing sites, Discord, Google Drive, etc.).
• Claim the original work (photos or presets) as your own.
• Use the photos commercially (in ads, merch, prints for sale, NFTs, or monetized posts) without permission.
• Train AI models on the content (photos or presets) in any way.

Refunds & Downloads

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be given after download.
• If you encounter technical issues, corrupted files, or failed downloads, email me and I’ll help right away.
• Download links are time-limited to prevent abuse — please back up your files after purchase.
